HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT

As a leading UK recovery service, dbs provides all instructing clients with a free transfer-up of secured Judgments of £600+ and over to the High Court for Enforcement. Following the successful transfer-up of the Judgment, a High Court Enforcement Officer will attend the defaulter’s known premises within 72 hours to enforce the warrant.

County Court Judgment

• High Court Enforcement Officers were created by virtue of Section 99 of the Courts Act 2003 Schedule 7
• Transfer of Judgments from County Court to High Court takes between 4 and 21 days
